REFUND AND COMPLAINT POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – FINAL SALE

Due to the nature of digital content, all eBooks (PDF format) and digital downloads sold on www.zwierzswiat.com are considered Final Sale.

For EU/UK Customers: Pursuant to Article 38, point 13 of the Act on Consumer Rights (and the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the file, you expressly consent to the commencement of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download link or file has been delivered.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UK): By completing your purchase and accepting these terms, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that all sales are final. You understand that you lose your right to a refund or withdrawal once the digital file has been sent or made available for download.

2. COMPLAINTS AND TECHNICAL DEFECTS

We take the quality of our digital products seriously. If you encounter a technical issue, you are entitled to file a complaint.

Valid Grounds for Complaint: The file is corrupted, does not open, contains missing pages, or you received the incorrect file.

How to Report: Please contact us immediately at contact@zwierzswiat.com.

Required Information: Include your Order Number and a description of the technical defect (e.g., "Images are not rendering in the PDF").

Upon verification, we will promptly send you a repaired, functional version of the file. If we are unable to provide a working file, a full refund will be issued.

3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time: Links are typically sent within minutes. If you do not see the email within 30 minutes, please check your SPAM, Promotions, or Junk folders.

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Before purchasing, please ensure your device is capable of opening PDF files. Standard software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, Google Play Books, or any modern web browser is sufficient. A lack of compatible software does not constitute a ground for a refund.

5. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

In cases where a refund is approved (due to unresolved technical defects), the funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe) within 14 business days.
