SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Digital products (PDF eBooks) are delivered instantly.

• Automatic Delivery: Once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Przelewy24), our system automatically generates and sends an email containing your download link.

• Waiting Time: Typically, the file reaches your inbox within 5–15 minutes of finalizing the transaction.

2. SHIPPING COSTS AND TERRITORY

• Shipping Cost: Delivery of digital products is entirely free ($0.00 / 0 PLN).

• Global Reach: eBooks can be ordered from anywhere in the world. As the product is delivered electronically, there are no territorial restrictions or physical shipping limitations.

3. DELIVERY METHOD

Please note that this product is not shipped via courier, postal service, or to parcel lockers. It is provided through:

• Email: A download link for the PDF file is sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

• Confirmation Page: In most cases, a "Download" button will also appear directly on the order confirmation page immediately after the payment process is completed.

4. TRACKING AND ACCESS

Since there is no physical package, you will receive a purchase confirmation with download instructions instead of a tracking number.

• Important: If the email containing your eBook does not appear in your primary inbox, please check your SPAM, Promotions, or Notifications folders.

5. INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete email address.

• If an incorrect address is entered (e.g., a typo in the domain name), the system will be unable to deliver the file.

• If you have not received your email within one hour of purchase, please contact us at contact@zwierzswiat.com. We will manually verify your order and send the file to the correct address.

6. TECHNICAL COMPLAINTS

For digital products, "damage during transport" refers to a download error or a corrupted PDF file.

• If the download link does not work or the file fails to open, please contact us via email. We will immediately provide a new link or send the file as a direct attachment.
